This includes programme governance support, support planning and support managing documentation and artifacts.Your Responsibilities In This Role Will IncludeAssisting project teams to develop and maintain reports, budget records, project plans, risk and issue registers, databases and other usual support tools and documentation.Maintaining programme/project schedules, gathering and processing project data, and monitoring and reporting progress.Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to better understand their needs and business drivers.Organising governance meetings, completing meeting minutes and following up on or completing agreed actions.Managing interaction with vendors regarding information requirements.Drafting communications material and maintaining the programme/project intranet pages.Providing coordination support tasks across the programme/projects.The salary range for this role is $70,056 - $87,772 per annum.About you | Ko wai koeRequiredWe are seeking applications from skilled and experienced project coordinators who can demonstrate the required expertise.
Our ideal candidate will bring:Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation including sound interpersonal skills.Proven experience in providing project or programme coordination services to a manager and / or team.Exceptional organisational skills including establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.Strong problem-solving capability, including the ability to identify problems, manage or mitigate risks and implement innovative solutions.The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing to wide ranging audiences.Knowledge of applying project management methodologies i.e.
