We are seeking to modernise the administration of justice by replacing highly manual, time-consuming, paper-based process with a new digital case management solution, transforming the way people access and experience justice in Aotearoa New Zealand.Te Au Reka is a large, complex and unique programme spanning the courts and tribunals of New Zealand.
In delivering Te Au Reka we are seeking to build the Ministry's capability to deliver complex programmes of change.

Te Au Reka is a game-changer and we care deeply about making it a success. Te Haeata/The OpportunityWe currently have three Project Coordinator positions available, one which will be focused on supporting the Change team and two that will be supporting the delivery squads.The Project Coordinators ensure the day-to-day activities of each programme workstream are coordinated and supported to the agreed level and within scope.
You will work as part of a wider programme coordination team in a changing and developing environment.As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with the relevant team to help support programme workstream deliverables, planning, reporting and logistics.
You will be involved with the day-to-day management of programme registers, schedules, progress tracking, budgeting and reports.
Your focus will be on achieving excellence in project coordination and best practice procedures and processes, to ensure agreed outputs are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard. O pukenga /Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this position you will have:experience as a project coordinator in a project environment with multiple workstreamsproactive and highly organised with ability to take initiative and work independentlyeffective interpersonal skills with proven experience managing and maintaining professional relationshipsstrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in governance processes, and delivering clear and concise reportingexperience using Microsoft products, specifically Project and Azure DevOps.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
