The Opportunity - Te turanga: The Programme Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective coordination and management of our programme of work throughout the project life cycle.
This role provides essential support to the Programme Manager and Project Managers, particularly during the planning phases, and actively contributes to the smooth operation of the programme.
Key responsibilities include facilitating project activities, coordinating programme tasks, and managing specific aspects of individual projects as required.
The Programme Administrator also provides support to senior members of the programme team, assisting with the oversight and administration of the broader programme.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure alignment with project timelines, deliverables, and organisational goals.
This is a fixed term contract for 12-18 months.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following: Project Management Tools & Software: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to collect, analyse, and present project data (e.g., status reports, risk logs, and financial reports).Document Management: Expertise in managing project documentation, including version control, access permissions, and secure storage.Risk and Issue Management: Ability to track, log, and escalate risks and issues as part of the project governance process.Governance and Compliance: Understanding of project governance frameworks, audit trails, and quality assurance processes.Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity
