With approx 85 covers, this traditional tudor building makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.There is a fantastic management team comprising of an Assistant Manager and 2 Supervisors. There also is a fantastic back of house team with a strong Head Chef. We strive on making sure there is a right balance of support from your area manager but with the opportunity to have autonomy and say on how the restaurant runs.In our eyes, we're the perfect size, big enough to offer growth and career development and small enough to offer the support and attention you need to be successful.We do not rely on heavy discounting; we are proud of what we do Our in-house marketing team works with you and your restaurant to maximise customer potential rather than utilise other discount platforms.We're looking for a General Manager who:Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurantIs a leader who can inspire and build great teamsHas energy and passion for providing great guest experiencesIs commercially minded and able to see the bigger pictureLoves to be in the thick of it.In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits such as GREAT service charge, free staff meals, discounts, and regular incentives.
