We need a passionate, experienced, metrics-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy and planning, with a focus on creating and capturing demand using a variety of channels.
This role could be based in either our Auckland or London office.You'll be primarily responsible for recommending the right channel, spend and activity mix required to meet our growth and marketing efficiency targets.
This will include driving growth from both existing and new channels, identifying and testing new channels for acquisition, building out our partner referral program and overseeing unpaid acquisition channels - content and social media.
We're looking for someone who's a pro at identifying and testing new lead gen opportunities and challenging the status quo.
You'll have great hustle, be able to make things happen fast and thrive on the challenge of improving the ROI on our digital marketing investments.
If you thrive on measuring performance, crunching numbers, hunting out new growth opportunities and getting stuff done, and you know that having fun and working together is key to a great work environment, you're gonna fit right in.Your main responsibilities will include:Lead the growth strategy and channel mix planning to achieve growth targetsIdentifying and testing new channels for acquisitionScaling existing acquisition channelsOversee content and social media ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectivesContribute to an ongoing conversion rate optimisation program to drive incremental improvementsLead the GTM of global marketing campaigns and promotions - Black Friday, product and feature releasesOwn and manage the Tradify Partner Referral program and global partnershipsTake the lead on marketing operations and reporting across the marketing tech stackRequirementsYou're going to love this job if you:You have a passion for driving growth and love optimising funnels and conversion rates to drive incremental improvementsHave a deep understanding and experience in the digital marketing landscapeHave strong relationship management skills and know how to leverage strategic partners to drive acquisitionEnjoy leading and delivering global marketing campaigns and promotionsExperience in identifying, testing and scaling new channels to drive acquisitionHave a track record of innovation and marketing experimentation, with clear examples of truly unique ways you've successfully driven digital demand.Have first-hand experience analysing data and performance, brainstorming ideas to shift behaviour and running tests in a systematic way as part of a conversion optimisation program.Are an analytical thinker with experience in campaign reporting, A/B testing design and analysis.Have a keen interest in the oversight/involvement of the creative process for digital channels and driving creative ways to communicate with our target audience.Like testing different messaging, tactics, strategies and approaches and rigorously tracking the performance to measure ROI and CAC.
