**Summary**
Responsible for achieving growth objectives by partnering with the Head of Growth & E-Commerce to grow the marketing funnel, ensuring activity aligns with and leverages Serato's brand on both an evergreen and campaign level. The Growth Marketer plays a crucial role in expanding our online presence, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and user engagement, and optimising our conversion funnels to drive revenue growth for Serato. Demonstrated experience in or across digital marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) or experimentation, paid and social media, would serve this role well. It also requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for measurable results.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth & E-Commerce and Marketing team to set and track growth targets and optimise activity accordingly.
- Collaborate across the organisation, in particular with Growth, Marketing, Data, Product, UX & Web teams to plan, execute and measure performance of digital marketing efforts to deliver ongoing MRR and user growth.
- Contribute to the design, running and delivery of paid media campaigns to ensure they drive awareness, consideration and uptake of Serato products.
- Partner with internal teams to create and optimise content to attract users, drive engagement and ensure conversions.
- Explore, select and develop brand-aligned partnerships that accelerate user growth for Serato in credible and authentic ways.
- Work with data and insights and marketing teams to ensure marketing campaigns, tactics and strategies are tracked effectively.
- Manage Serato's media approach, associated spend and media agency relationship.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in digital marketing with SEO experience needed, including familiarity with developing SEO and content plans, then executing against those plans and monitoring results.
- History of running a/b tests or experimentation in acquisition, website and/or customer engagement channels. Hands-on experience with implementing experiments needed.
- A working knowledge of running paid media campaigns. Hands-on experience of Google and Meta platforms is a plus.
- A degree of experience with YouTube both organic and paid (nice to have).
- High level of data literacy, including with Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools.
- A demonstrated history of good communication and effective stakeholder management, either with internal or external teams, is crucial for this role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, influencer marketing best practices and social media is also important.
