We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Auckland. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day Paid Media initiatives for the APAC region. This includes planning, executing, analysing and optimising paid media campaigns in order to drive sales and increase conversions from website visitors.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Maintain a close relationship with various stakeholders throughout the broader business including Sales, Design, Brand as well as the broader Marketing team
- Be responsible and accountable for growing leads and sales via Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video and other paid marketing channels
- Strategically plan and execute campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
- Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting
- Track, report, and analyse the performance of paid media initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with the rest of the Global Growth Marketing team

**What you need to bring**:

- Demonstrable experience and success managing PPC campaigns across paid search
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, YouTube Ads
- Be well-versed in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition
- Have experience with website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
- Have excellent analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
