Customer Relations Officer

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for welcoming customers in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets' seating procedures.Attend to customers' enquiries and/or feedback, promotion packages via phone calls and email timely, professionally, and in an efficient manner, and make outbound calls when needed.Respond appropriately to enquiries/feedback and escalate when needed.Answer calls, process customers' reservations, and update the system accordingly.Ensure PDPA compliance when handling personal data of customers.Coordinate private events for large group reservations.Provide customers with estimated waiting time.Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.Seat guests based on guest preferences and balancing customer flow in service stations.Job RequirementsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and able to communicate clearly and efficiently to our guests.Strong customer-oriented mindset with good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and ability to take pressure.Exceptional grooming habits and positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality to customers.Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel) and internet savvy.Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.What do we offer?Transportation will be provided after midnight hours.Opportunity for Career Advancement within the Group.Fun working environment.If you pride yourself on providing great personalized service and are keen to work for a progressive brand, then this is an opportunity to get excited aboutAPPLY NOW to join our team and enjoy incredible career development opportunities
