Clinical Records AdministratorPermanent, Full Time roleOur busy Clinical Records Department at Te Whatu Ora - Waitemata has a vacancy for a Clinical Records Administrator, working Monday to Friday.
A necessity for this role is the ability to work both as part of a team and as an individual.
Our constantly changing 'hybrid' Clinical Record environment processes electronic and paper-based patient information.
The successful applicant will be comfortable with filing paper records, navigating electronic patient record systems, and working across different roles.
They should be methodical in their work approach, with a high level of attention to detail, and able to prioritize their day-to-day workloads.
The right applicant will have a professional approach, excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Previous clerical experience within a Clinical Records environment is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
