We provide quality, accessible and affordable health care and support to whanau.Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunityYou will be an important part of our busy Clinic Administration team and will work closely with our GPs, Registered Nurses and various other Health Professionals.
There are 2 parts to this role and you will be trained and work across both areas:HUB - our HUB team answers all incoming calls to the clinic and books appointments for whanau to see our GPs and Nurses.
They also respond to emails that come into the clinic by monitoring the shared inbox, and redirect incoming communications to the appropriate teams as required.
Our team works in an environment similar to a contact centre.Front Desk - our Administration team works on the front desk and are the first point of contact for patients and clinicians that are entering our clinic.
They work closely with the wider clinic team and assist the GPs and Nurses with any administration tasks that arise.This position is 40 hours per week, working rostered shifts between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday in Mangere.The ideal person we are seeking will enjoy working within a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
You will need to be proactive, organised and reliable as our clinics are often busy.
