If you're highly organized, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.People & CultureLead by example, aligning with Better Eggs' values and behaviours.Build strong working relationships across teams.Manage the Chiller, Dispatch, and Logistics teams, including rostering, leave cover, performance management, recruitment, and training.Facilitate staff meetings, including toolbox talks.OperationsCoordinate packaging stock takes, transfers, receipting, and labelling.Oversee inwards goods processes for packaging and artwork.Operate a forklift to load and unload packaging and final product stock.Manage chiller stock levels, freezer stock, and liaise with the Sales Support team.Compliance & AuditingConduct H&S safety walks and promote safety compliance within the department.Carry out GMP audits to ensure quality standards are met.Consumables & Fleet ManagementMaintain appropriate stock levels of consumables in the chiller and yard.Schedule drivers and truck maintenance while monitoring truck efficiency.Oversee yard and chiller facility housekeeping and recycling efforts.What You'll Bring3+ years' experience in an Operations/Logistics supervisory role.Forklift and truck licenses preferred.Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail for stock accuracy.A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.A positive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.Ready to Hatch a New Chapter in Your Career?
