You will continuously manage appeals, coordinating with the team, creative agency, and mail house to ensure smooth execution, meet targets, and improve outcomes. You lead a small team and are part of a tight knit Channels leadership team. Every night, you'll go home knowing you made a difference in someone's life.About you:Experience in a Direct Marketing leadership role, having experience in fundraising would be advantageous.Experience in strategic marketing planning across multiple channels and the ability to create and manage omni-channel journeys.Expertise in omni-channel marketing is a must.Proficiency in digital marketing as well as solid telemarketing strategies.Very time efficient, with disciplines in place to meet ongoing deadlines.Demonstrated ability to lead a service orientation and collaborative culture in your team; experienced team leader for 3+ years.Innovative – always looking for better ways of doing things.Why work with us?The team at World Vision are connected in our desire to seek justice and to overcome poverty for all children, everywhere.
