The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the services and support provided by the RE Aotearoa implements our Theory of Change across our impact streams.Flexible working hours and work-from-home provisions are available by arrangement.This is a permanent 37.5 hour a week position.There will be occasional travel required for this role.Direct Reports: Role will be required to provide practice leadership and supervision for the wider team, alongside their direct manager and may provide direct management to one or more of the Kaiarahi roles.Reports to: CEO-Kaihautu Tikanga: Practice LeadJob descriptionThe Practice Lead is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in preventing sexual violence and harm through primary prevention and community leadership and strategies. They will also contribute to fostering positive relationships, inspiring trust among stakeholders, making sound decisions based on data and analysis, and leading teams with integrity and accountability.Qualifications and ExperienceA relevant degree or equivalent qualification in social work, public health, gender studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing primary prevention programs or initiatives related to sexual abuse and violence.Proven track record in program management, including design, implementation, and evaluation of primary prevention approaches.Experience in collaborating with community stakeholders, organisations, and funders to develop and deliver prevention strategies.
