This role is part of the Asia Pacific Regional Inside Sales Team, managed from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting directly to the Sales Leadership Team based in Kuala Lumpur.
High performing agents have an opportunity to earn 30-35% more in sales commissions. Job Purpose IWG currently has openings for "Inside Sales Account Manager" working within our Inside Sales Team.
In this role, as an individual contributor, an Inside Sales Account Manager will help to find the right solution for new prospects when they express interest in one of our products such as Offices, Virtual Offices, and Membership Products.
Our Account Managers will work with businesses of all sizes across a multitude of industries and the role involves engaging with our customers and prospects via a number of channels, including phone, email, SMS, and web chat.
Key Accountabilities Interact with prospects remotely via phone, email, or other channels; no face-to-face meetings.Work at a computer during the scheduled work shift to meet sales and telephony productivity objectives.Handle inbound and outbound calls with new prospects and existing customers to educate and inform them about our products.Work efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures and guidelines, delivering strong business results against our key performance indicators.Accurately record notes in all relevant systems.Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Proven track record of selling products or service solutions over the phone within a business-to-business sales environment.Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly over the phone.'Can-do' attitude; demonstrates a positive attitude toward others and assists in all areas as needed.Works well in a team environment.Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Maintains high productivity and energy level.Results driven.Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.Fluent in oral and written English.Experience in handling Australia and/or New Zealand market is an advantage.Work Set-up Required to work 2-3 times a week in the nearest centre in your location.IWG is leading the workspace revolution.
