About the Role We have an exciting position available for an experienced administrator to join the Corporate Mental Health team to provide cover for a secondment.
You will enjoy working with a variety of people and situations and must be committed to providing excellent levels of service to attain our goal: To support Mental Health and Addictions Service to continue to earn the reputation as a service people trust with their loved ones' care.

About the Team We are the Mental Health and Addictions Service arm of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Waikato.
We provide specialist services for tāngata whaiora who are experiencing serious mental health difficulties.
The role provides support and assistance to two Directors and manages the administration of our learning and development processes.
You will assist, co-ordinate and manage multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.
About you * a minimum of two years administration experience * knowledge and understanding of how the health environment works * a high degree of organisational ability and application of logic in your work.
* Computing / information management (essential) or relevant work experience.
* Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, acquired through training and experience.
* Knowledge and experience to deal with non-routine issues, such as problem solving.
* Demonstrated ability with written and oral communication, and relating effectively with people.
* Demonstrated ability to work pro-actively, use initiative, and be organised and methodical.
