About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at the Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Job Description

  • Coordinate care and provide therapeutic interventions, solutions, and advocacy to identified psycho-social needs
  • Work in partnership with patients and their families to achieve maximum mental health potential
  • Develop specialist skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering patient-centered care
