When our team are happy, our customers are happy.About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning customer experience team, as a Technical Support Representative.
This role can be based in our Napier or Christchurch office and will see you lead experience moments, responding to our customers over the phone, on webchat, via email and social media messaging.You will be helping our customers with their broadband and home technology support needs, including getting customers connected, troubleshooting, answering technical queries, assisting with router configuration, provisioning of services and diagnosing Wi-Fi issues, product information and making sure our customers have a hassle-free broadband connection in their homes.A little bit about youIt's a given that you'll love talking to and interacting with people; helping others will be at the heart of what makes you tick.
