**About the Team**

This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

**The Opportunity**

**The Role**
- Using your wealth of experience in all things Accounting, step into a role where you provide high-quality, adaptable technical support and customer service for MYOB accredited Business Partners.
- Daily responsibilities include:

- Ensure escalations are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Involved in the testing of new releases to test usability of the product and troubleshoot for any potential defects.
- Assist or advise the support team leader on training or operational requirements and perceived gaps.

**What You will Bring**
- An interest in Accounting or the IT industry.
- Customer support or customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building ability.
