We have two new roles available as we move to modern platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including analysis, design, build, unit test, and rollout of solutions for projects, changes and enhancements. There is increased focus on continuous improvement, team collaboration and coaching other developers to maintain quality work reviews. The team is excited in looking for opportunities to modernise the ServiceNow platform.
This role also requires supporting the system out of hours through application and infrastructure releases and provision of third level support.
With your specialist skills and experience in ServiceNow, you will demonstrate:
Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow with good understanding of platform's fundamentals such as data model, workflows, development best practices.Certified System Administration (CSA) highly preferred.Field Services Management (FSM) or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) distinct advantage.Good understanding of web development tools, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.Working knowledge of ITIL framework such as incident, change and problem management.Analysis and design skills for technical and functional specifications.Demonstrated experience of integrating and delivering services to meet the customer requirements.Demonstrated experience with configuration management, software development to ensure quality solutions.Sound judgement, discretion, and proven ability to work well under pressure.As a Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities employee, we want to make sure that you have all the tools and support you need.
