Reporting to the National Business Manager, we are seeking a strong administrator to join our Rosedale office in a fixed-term role from early January to the end of April 2025.
This part-time role (32 hours/week, 4 days) offers flexibility; you choose your day off
You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Field and Key Account teams.
This position involves managing and maintaining databases and systems, overseeing merchandiser payroll and mileage, handling month-end reporting, and loading invoices.
Key Responsibilities Merchandiser Support: Manage inbound/outbound calls from field staff and storesAccurately load Travel Time schedulesComplete and submit fortnightly payroll information to the payroll teamMaintain accurate call cycles in the systemGeneral Administration: Purchase and coordinate consumable items (e.g., uniforms, stationery)Provide administrative office support to the wider teamManage office activities, including arranging meetings, events, and couriersActively participate in internal planning sessions and team meetingsSkills, Knowledge, and Experience: Essential: 3-5 years of experience in a similar roleExpertise in MS Suite and familiarity with accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomouslyStrong interpersonal skills and clear communicationThis role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global brand and contribute to the success of our business in New Zealand.
