We are looking for someone who will come in and hit the ground running, taking ownership of the role immediately and inspiring our front of house team to strive to deliver the exceptional.What are we looking for in the successful candidate?Experience: Experience working in a Food and Beverage Manager role.Customer Service: At Highlands, this is the top priority for every department. Your role will focus on finding the best ways to serve our customers in every aspect.Positive Team Leadership and Management: Experience leading and managing a team is a must. We need someone who will mentor, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver the exceptional every day.Planning, Organisation, and Forward Thinking: Looking ahead and planning the week for all food and beverage delivery and setting your team up for success will be one of your top priorities.How do I say yes? Working in and managing the day-to-day operations of the Highlands Café is part of the role. We are a seven-day-a-week operation, and the Food and Beverage Manager must be available on at least one weekend day each week (the days off for this role will primarily be Sunday/Monday). There are also occasional early starts and late finishes.
