Our kitchen is currently being upgraded but we still want to utilize the off-set smoker to the fullest.Along with the daily tasks of running a commercial kitchen additional responsibilities will include;Creating special menus for events/bookingsBeer (wine/spirits) and food matchingWorking with the Brewhouse team to incorporate beer elements into the foodHiring and training of staffThe successful candidate must;Have a valid New Zealand Work Permit or CitizenshipHave a great attitudeHandle the high stress environment of a commercial KitchenHave excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlinesWork well in a small teamBe experienced in developing and pricing menusBe passionate about beer, wine and spiritsBe prepared to work the required hoursYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
