Concrete Foreman

As a concrete Foreman, you will play a vital role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete projects from start to finish. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands-on leadership and supervision to a crew of concrete workers, ensuring safety and productivity on site
- Plan and schedule concrete projects, considering resource and materials
- Read and interpret site plans, specifications, and other construction documents
- Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure the completion of various bridge repair projects throughout the Waikato region
- Train and lead team members, providing guidance and support for development
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of jobs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the concrete construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and rive a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedure
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
