En tant que Senior Legal Counsel Commercial Law, vous travaillerez pour Retail Partners Colruyt Group (RPCG), l'une de nos activités B2 B dans le domaine de la vente au détail de produits alimentaires, au service d'entités et de magasins à formule tels que Spar Colruyt Group et Alvo. Vous rejoindrez une équipe chaleureuse de 15 juristes. Vous serez confronté(e) à de nombreux défis (juridiques) dans le cadre de cette fonction, en vous concentrant sur les activités de Retail Partners Colruyt Group et en étant l'organe consultatif pour (la gestion de) cette entreprise. Vous aurez ainsi l'occasion d'établir une relation avec vos partenaires commerciaux et d'assumer l'entière responsabilité des questions juridiques pour cette entité. Vos responsabilités Dans le cadre de la mission principale, vous fournissez des conseils (stratégiques) sur des questions juridiques concernant le franchisage, le droit de la concurrence et le droit commercial, le droit de la distribution et le droit immobilier. Cela peut aller de la rédaction et du suivi des contrats à l'analyse des risques. Vous jouez le rôle de gardien de l'équipe juridique vis-à-vis de l'entreprise et de la direction de Retail Partners Colruyt Group : Vous répondez aux questions, donnez des conseils et réfléchissez activement avec différents départements internes tels que Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance et Marketing sur le contenu, la gestion et la mise en œuvre des contrats (en particulier avec les franchisés indépendants), les pratiques du marché, les actions de marketing, etc. En outre, vous réfléchissez à des solutions lors des négociations et, en collaboration avec des juristes, vous gérez les litiges avec les parties contractantes, les autorités publiques et les clients. Ce faisant, vous recherchez avant tout une solution durable qui peut également se traduire par une situation gagnant-gagnant pour toutes les parties. Vous êtes le sparring partner de la direction de RPCG et, par extension, de toute la section Food Retail B2 B de Colruyt Group. Vous suivez la législation et analysez l'impact qu'elle peut avoir sur l'entreprise. Vous avez l'occasion d'être en contact direct avec les parties prenantes internes et la direction, où vous pouvez avoir un impact précieux. Ce faisant, vous participez aux organes de consultation et de décision de RPCG. Vous travaillerez au moins deux jours par semaine chez votre partenaire RPCG à Malines et une fois par semaine au siège de Colruyt Group à Halle afin de pouvoir vous connecter avec vos collègues de l'équipe juridique.
