Misión: Lidera y supervisa al área de Corporate and Commercial dentro de la Unidad de Control Interno en Perú y garantiza que las estrategias de negocios, planes e iniciativas se lleven a cabo o se cumplan de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes. Brinda soporte a las líneas de Negocio: Wholesale Banking con excepción de Wealth Management, así como Scotia Titulizadora.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  1. Formación Deseable: Titulado o bachiller en carreras afines a la gestión de riesgos (Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o Sistemas). Con estudios especializados en Gestión de Riesgos. Deseable Maestría.
  2. Experiencia Mínima: 5 años de experiencia en áreas de control o riesgos en la empresa u otras instituciones financieras. Trabajo directo con metodologías de gestión de riesgo en la empresa u otras instituciones financieras.
  3. Conocimientos Específicos: Conocimiento de políticas, procedimientos y procesos del sistema financiero. Experiencia en gestión de riesgos y auditoría de procesos.
  4. Informáticos: MS Office. Idiomas: Inglés avanzado.

¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?

  1. Potenciar la cultura de riesgos y controles en la organización contribuyendo a dar solidez al sistema de control interno, liderando la implementación de las herramientas de riesgo operacional y cumplimiento en las Unidades bajo su responsabilidad en adherencia al Marco de Gestión de Riesgo Operacional y políticas de Cumplimiento Regulatorio.
  2. Responsable de liderar la ejecución e implementación de las herramientas y programa de riesgo operacional (políticas y metodologías de riesgo operacional) y cumplimiento en las Unidades bajo su responsabilidad, asesorando, apoyando y vigilando que las unidades de la primera línea de defensa identifiquen, evalúen y reporten el riesgo operativo significativo al que están expuestos en la conducción de sus actividades para evitar pérdidas financieras u otros impactos asegurando su adherencia al Marco de Gestión de Riesgo Operacional y Políticas de Cumplimiento Regulatorio.
  3. Responsable de supervisar que el nivel de riesgo se encuentre dentro del nivel de apetito del riesgo aprobado para la organización a través de la implementación de medidas de tratamiento al riesgo.
  4. Responsable de la Gestión de Riesgos a través del seguimiento e implementación de medidas correctivas conforme a las normativas y políticas establecidas de forma integral a nivel de todas las herramientas de riesgo operacional y observaciones de auditoría interna.
  5. Cumplimiento y aplicación efectiva del Marco de Gestión del Riesgo Operacional.
  6. Coordinar con las unidades bajo su responsabilidad la implementación continua de las siguientes herramientas de Riesgo Operacional, en cumplimiento de los Procesos y Procedimientos de Riesgo Operativo para la Banca Internacional: Auto-Evaluación de riesgo y control (Matriz de Riesgo y RCSA), Establecimiento del Entorno del Negocio y Factores de Control Interno (BEICF), Soporte en la gestión de datos de Eventos de pérdidas, Indicadores de Riesgo Claves - KRI’s, Análisis de escenario, Gestión del Riesgo de Nuevos Productos y Servicios - NIRA, End using computer - EUC, Seguimiento de planes de Acción de las metodologías de Riesgo Operacional, TPRM (Third parties Risk Management).
  7. Coordinar con las unidades bajo su responsabilidad la implementación de los planes de acción provenientes de las observaciones de las metodologías de Riesgo Operacional y Auditoría interna.
  8. Proporcionar asesoría y soporte a los propietarios de riesgos (Unidades bajo su responsabilidad - 1A), para asegurar que sus riesgos sean identificados, evaluados, mitigados y monitoreados de manera efectiva.
  9. Asegurar que las Evaluaciones de Riesgos y Controles se lleven a cabo de manera efectiva de acuerdo al plan anual establecido, con el fin de identificar los riesgos operacionales y los controles de los procesos clave.
  10. Asegurar la documentación de los procesos y procedimientos locales para implementar el Marco de Riesgo Operacional, programas y metodologías establecidos por la 2ª línea, de acuerdo con la regulación y normativa local.
  11. Capacitar a las unidades bajo su responsabilidad sobre las herramientas y procedimientos de Riesgo Operacional (Metodologías).
  12. Con respecto al apetito de riesgo y datos de pérdida, debe monitorear las métricas e indicadores de riesgo operacional para asegurar la adherencia al apetito de riesgo definido para el país de forma continua y coordinar la propuesta del apetito por riesgo operacional en coordinación con la primera línea de defensa (1A) de forma anual. Asimismo, gestionar los eventos de pérdidas a través de la elaboración de informes según los umbrales definidos.
