Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge for the developers in your team, showing them that "works on my machine" is not a valid deployment strategy.
  • Transform vague requirements like "make it like Apple but better" into actual technical specifications.
  • Master the ancient art of translating between Business Speak and Developer Talk.
  • Maintain a straight face when asked if we can "just add blockchain" to the project.
  • Proficiency in explaining technical concepts using interpretive dance (when all else fails).

About You

  • 5+ years of software development experience on custom solutions in the Microsoft stack.
  • At least two years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
