**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

As a Team Leader Integration & Development, you'll collaborate with the wider Data and Digital team to ensure top-tier service across all ICT solutions. Your role is critical in driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team, aligning with organizational goals.

Based in the Te Waipounamu Region, you'll lead the Development & Integration team, ensuring they meet customer requirements, participate in governance processes, and proactively address service failures.

Additionally, you'll contribute to service improvement plans, adhere to best-practice IT methodologies, and manage financial expenditure to support efficient resource utilization.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead, innovate and fostering excellence in technology and service delivery.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Minimum 7+ years IT Industry experience
- Experience in managing teams, preferably development or integration team management experience.
- Experience in day-to-day task management and co-ordination of activities within a project environment.
- Experience working in a large organisation and/or in a pressured and ever-changing environment.
- Knowledge of Health environments would be preferable.
- A tertiary level qualification in Business, Science, Information Services, Engineering or related field is preferable.
