Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate with a passion for all aspects of digital marketing. This part-time role is perfect for a driven individual who has at least three years of experience in digital marketing and is enthusiastic about utilizing their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support various digital campaigns, enhance our online presence, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Campaign Management
    - Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
    - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to the team.
  2. Content Creation
    - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for the website, blog, and social media channels.
    - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.
  3. SEO and SEM
    - Conduct keyword research and assist in the optimization of website content for search engines.
    - Support pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and analysis of performance.
  4. Social Media Management
    - Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
    - Develop a content calendar, plan posts, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
  5. Email Marketing
    - Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
    - Optimize email campaigns based on performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  6. Research and Analysis
    - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities for digital marketing efforts.
    - Analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Team Collaboration
    - Work closely with cross-functional team members, such as design and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
    - Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities as required.
Requirements

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
