This part-time role is perfect for a driven individual who has at least three years of experience in digital marketing and is enthusiastic about utilizing their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support various digital campaigns, enhance our online presence, and drive engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign Management- Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and paid advertising.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to the team.Content Creation- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for the website, blog, and social media channels.- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.SEO and SEM- Conduct keyword research and assist in the optimization of website content for search engines.- Support pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and analysis of performance.Social Media Management- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.- Develop a content calendar, plan posts, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.Email Marketing- Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.- Optimize email campaigns based on performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.Research and Analysis- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities for digital marketing efforts.- Analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track performance and adapt strategies accordingly.Team Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional team members, such as design and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.- Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities as required.RequirementsEducation and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.).- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.Personality Traits:- Highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing space.- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and tackle challenges with creativity and determination.Soft Skills:- Excellent teamwork skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with diverse teams.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.Benefits- Gym membership to promote health and wellness.- Comprehensive medical coverage for peace of mind.- Employee discounts on various services and products.Working EnvironmentJoin us in an environment that embraces a culture of challenging norms and encourages bold thinking.
