We are part of Fairview Aluminium Windows and Doors which is a leading brand in the industry of aluminium window and door manufacturing and installation. We are based in Auckland and provide quality customised services in Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas.
Currently we are looking for an exceptional and competent Key Account Manager in planning and directing relationship management of our customers and key accounts.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week (30 hours minimum guaranteed)
Hourly rate: $36 to 42 per hour
The location : 21 Stonedon Drive East TamakiAuckland
Your duties may include but not limited to:

Developing and reviewing programs and procedures regarding customer relations of the business
Planning, organising and coordinating relevant customer service activities independently or in cooperation with other parties and public agencies
Maintaining the company's brand image and reputation with customers and the public through all possible avenues
Providing instructions and feedback to customer service staff and assisting with recruitment
Training, supervising, assessing and motivating customer service staff
Drafting, planning, implementing and following up after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and performance of products purchased and related service provided, and modifying and improving such services accordingly
Actively contacting other relevant agencies to assist in meeting customerâs expectation if and when required.

The requirements for the role:

NZQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Business management or other relevant major, or 3 years relevant work experience
Be a person with good communication skills
Clean police record
Can pass drug tests
