GWD Toyota Alexandra is looking for a parts advisor to join their experienced parts team to help keep Central Otago moving with the best parts and service in town
We are looking for either an experienced Parts professional or someone keen to pursue an automotive career in the Parts arena.

As a parts advisor, you'll be adept in customer service being their first port of call for parts and accessories for their Toyota, you'll also be working closely with our team of technicians ensuring that they have the parts that they need for any jobs on hand in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in finding the appropriate parts & accessories for their applications Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts supply Work with local garages to assist them with any parts that they may need Help to maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of parts About You: Passion for all things automotive and a willingness to learn Excellent customer service skills and phone manner Experience in Parts interpretation preferred but not mandatory Able to work independently as well as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers, professional written and oral skills Valid driver's license The successful candidate will join a supportive and dynamic team working out of our modern facility in the heart of Alexandra on Centennial Avenue.
Full on-the-job training will be provided as well as scope for professional development.
