We have a Field Team of over 300 merchandisers nationwide who look after our clients products in a wide range of stores.We are looking for Field Support Co-Ordinator to work in our Head Office as part of the Administration Team for a seven month period.About the role:Working as part of the Admin Team, the primary focus of this role is to run various job reports each day, verifying the work done by the Field Team. Follow up with merchandisers who have not downloaded jobs onto our database on time, in full, or incorrectly. Pulling reports for merchandisers who have called in sick and liaise with the Area Managers regarding coverage for the calls. Rescheduling calls and updating our databases accordingly. Liaising with our Client Services Team.The role varies each day, so a flexible attitude to work is a must. The Admin Team work closely together, so we want a good Team player for this roleHours of work Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.45pmSkills & Experience We need a confident, well spoken person who has excellent computer skills, and probably some call centre experience because you will be handling a lot of incoming calls and follow up calls.
