We're searching for a Content Lead who understands the power of storytelling and knows how to capture it behind the camera. This role blends creative direction with hands-on technical execution, including operating our cameras, flying drones, and traveling domestically to capture the perfect shot.About the role:As the Content Lead at Boxer, you'll lead the creation of compelling visual content that captures the essence of our clients' brands. You'll oversee content strategy, guide a team of creatives, and act as Director of Photography (DOP) on all projects. From concept to delivery, you'll ensure every frame reflects Boxer's creative vision while traveling to different locations to shoot and direct.What you'll do:Lead content strategy and execution across all channels, ensuring creative consistency and innovation.Act as Director of Photography, operating cameras, flying drones, and managing all aspects of video production.Travel regularly across the country to direct and capture on-location shoots.Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop campaigns that push creative boundaries.Oversee the production of high-quality video content for digital, social, and traditional media.Mentor and inspire a growing team of writers, editors, and content creators.Stay ahead of visual trends, technology, and equipment to ensure Boxer remains on the cutting edge.What we're looking for:A creative leader with a passion for storytelling and hands-on experience in content production.5+ years of experience in content creation.Expertise in operating cameras, flying drones, and managing video shoots.A proven track record of producing high-quality visual content that delivers results.Willingness to travel regularly for domestic shoots and client projects.Strong editorial skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage tight deadlines.A collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Boxer?At Boxer, we don't just work with brands—we partner with them to create work that matters.
