About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
Engineering New Zealand is seeking an experienced Learning Partnerships Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-quality professional development services. This role will focus on creating impactful, fee-based learning programs and select complimentary offerings that provide exceptional value to members and stakeholders. While leading a small team, this role requires a hands-on learning and development professional who is ready to actively contribute to the success of the programs. This position is based in central Wellington.
You will have demonstrated expertise in:
- Some experience in developing and selling commercial courses is essential.
- Leading a high-performing team and fostering collaboration.
- Overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of professional development programs.
- Managing strategic initiatives, including the Learning and Event Management System (LEMS) project.
- Building strong partnerships to expand services and meet financial goals.
Who we're looking for | Tā mātou e kimi nei
- 10+ years’ experience in adult learning, with expertise in pedagogy and learning frameworks.
- Proven success in managing teams and delivering revenue-generating services.
- Strong project and financial management skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in education, adult learning, or a related field.
