We've been assisting this residential real-estate powerhouse build out its digital marketing team, and maybe you – being well-seasoned and senior, with large fish to fry – have been watching those gigs roll by, waiting for the Big One to hit.
Well, wait no more because here it is: Senior VP, boss overseeing the other digital marketing roles we've been filling.
It promises to be fascinating and rewarding work, with huge rewards for the ultimate success of the enterprise as it gets its properties and brand in front of the right sets of eyes.
If marketing and real estate are your things and you're a good ways up the food chain, you'll want to pay strict attention to this one.
You're going to be managing managers in this gig, setting broad strategic priorities and seeing to it that the teams under you are functioning smoothly and delivering the highest-quality digital campaigns and content.
Thy bucket shall be large, and shall contain such disparate concerns as print, digital, ads, collateral, sales narratives, media, promotions, publicity efforts, property launches and events.
You'll leverage the visual and editorial and marketing skills you've built up over the years to develop an innovative and winning strategic plan.
You'll then shepherd along said plan, applying the discipline, laser-like focus and attention to detail that have become habit at this point in your career, to ensure that the machine is running smoothly and that your teams are hitting all their marks.
And you'll use that awesome personality of yours to inspire everyone working under you to give their all and to think and perform like a team that means it.
Your resume shows admirable breadth as well as depth when it comes to the worlds of marketing, branding, digital project management and real estate.
You've put in fruitful time both at agencies and brands, learning all the angles on how to come to know an audience and reach it most effectively.
You're completely up to the minute on industry thinking, new approaches, new tools; and your thirst for knowledge shows no signs of abating.
Being rather urbane and sophisticated, you're a perfect fit for the world of high-end real estate.
And as you've climbed into the senior ranks of marketing, you've found as much pleasure in managing and mentoring your reports as you do in the more content-centric parts of the job.
