This sort of role is not common and requires a special sort of plumber/operations manager. Pipe Masters Limited is a Plumbing, Drainage, Gasfitting, and Heating company established at the end of 2015. We currently employ 35 full-time staff. We have a large workload due to our strong client base and 3 branches across the BOP, Waikato, and Manawatu. To us, the people involved are the key to collective success and we are constantly looking to be better at what we do. We are involved in a huge variety of projects, from Commercial, Light Civil drainage, Residential plumbing, gas and drainage projects, as well as some hydronic heating and commercial decarbonisation projects. We are looking for someone who: A people person who understands that relationships are the pivot point for our business. Knows how to lead and direct a team, solve problems, and stays calm under pressure. Can utilise tech, systems, and resources to plan an ever-changing ocean of projects day to day. Excellent planning skills. Sound technical plumbing, gas, and drainage knowledge both domestically and commercially as well as the building code. Understands how to work with deadlines and how to work within the construction contracts act of 2002. Wants to work in an office with a team in the mount. Is a NZ resident or able to work in NZ.
