About the role: This role is responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement and digital transformation of our ecommerce platform, across key customer buckets of New, Retained & Reactivated.
This is a mixed role that requires you to deliver change using our internal development capability and/or working with third party vendors across our enterprise business systems.

What you'll do: Responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement & digital transformation of our ecommerce platform, across key customer buckets of New, Retained & Reactivated. You will be the interface between our stakeholders, customers, and digital development teams, so the ability to engage and build strong relationships is essential.Responsible for identifying, understanding, analysing and communicating the requirements of the overall customer solution, through business requirements. You will be a person that leaves no stone unturned.Document, communicate and run the specifications/requirements process Plan, monitor and manage the progress of prioritised features/requirements. Backlog management of Epics, User Stories & Bugs that impact directly on the remit of the role (Systems/Applications)Set and manage stakeholder expectations through regular, proactive communication, and keep informed on issues and progress Assist with change management and training of staff for technology related initiatives that impact our operating capabilityAbility to lead, mentor & motivate team membersTracking methodology and approach to ensure understanding of how customers are engaging with our digital experiences, identify areas for improvement and support product/design decision makingWhere required, assist with the diagnosis and issue resolution of production incidents as they occurStay informed of Ecommerce best practices, strategies and toolingCompetitor analysis to understand market & functional trendsBuild customer understanding through interviews, research, user testing & feedbackBringing the digital experience of new product offerings to life across all customer touch pointsSupport the tactical digital execution of trading activities to meet targetsSkills we value: Comfortable working with both business and technical people, from senior management to line staffCan negotiate quality, detail, scope or deadlinesStrong understanding of agile software development life cycle (SDLC) processes or methods.Strong understanding of data modelling and mappingExcellent Stakeholder managementExcellent verbal and written presentation, facilitation and communication skillsHas a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solvingExperienced in working as part of a team as well as individuallyWhat we're looking for: 8+ years experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst Role, or similar5+ years experience delivering change in a digital/technology function with in-house software development capability, or similarStrong experience in Ecommerce or SaaS environments Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science/Systems, or relevant industry experience preferredAttributes you'll have: Curious – you ask lots of questions demonstrating your willingness to learn.
