Ideally, you have a proven track record analysing customer requirements and providing customers with best-practice advice for Microsoft D365 CE.The RoleThis is a key role that elicits and documents requirements and applies expert solution knowledge to achieve excellent results for our customers. Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure a clear and concise understanding of what the business needs;Conducting workshops: organize and facilitate workshops, create pre-workshop questionnaires and agendas;Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend changes to optimise performance, productivity and cost savings.Solution Design: Collaborate with Professional Services teams to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements. This includes creating use cases, user stories and detailed specifications.Documentation: Provide high-quality documentation that includes functional requirements, process visualisations and statement of work. Skills & experienceWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who takes pride in the outstanding quality of their work.
