Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Description:Are you a seasoned professioal looking to make a significant impact on a large-scale telco transformation? We're seeking talented Senior Business Analysts to join our dynamic team in Auckland.Telco experience is a must for these rolesKey Responsibilities:Drive key initiatives within our transformation program, working across diverse workstreams and technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical specifications.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.Support the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.We're looking for candidates with experience in:Digital Transformation: Deep understanding of customer journeys, websites, apps, and integration.Billing and RMS: Expertise in identity verification, working with vendors and third-parties, and payments.Product Management: Strong communication skills, product modeling, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and ability to document product specification.Data Migration: Experience moving data from legacy systems to new platforms, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation from a business perspective.About you:Demonstrable experience working as a Senior BA (5+ years), operating within a large technology business.Proven stakeholder management experience in a complex organisation.Ensuring SDLC/ Agile business requirements are accurately represented in solutions developed and implemented into production environment.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to a senior audience.Advanced skills in enterprise-wide business analysis and process designStrong skills in identifying, developing and implementing business change and process improvement initiatives.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio and Miro is desirable.So don't miss out on this amazing opportunity and Click Apply to explore this opportunity furtherYour interest will be treated in the strictest of confidence.Note: We review all CV's manually and you will only be contacted if your skills and experience meet the requirements of any of our clients.
