The Role This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll transform CEO‑led brand strategy into integrated campaigns that connect creativity with data‑driven performance. From paid media and CRM to social, influencer, and retail activation, you’ll shape how consumers discover, experience, and fall in love with the brand. Responsibilities Performance Marketing – Build acquisition plans, lead performance marketing across retailer‑owned media networks and with online retailers, and optimise spend for ROI to drive efficiency across channels. Social & Influencer Strategy – Own global social media strategy and create and execute compelling content and partnerships that drive awareness and advocacy. Go‑to‑market and New Product Launch – Partner with Sales leaders on strategies for new product launches aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives. Integrated Retail Marketing – Partner with regional Sales leaders to deliver sell‑through, velocity, and best‑in‑class in‑store execution that connects seamlessly with digital demand. Creative Excellence – Translate brand strategy into campaigns, creative assets, toolkits, and guidelines. Data & Insights – Build dashboards and performance reporting that link every marketing investment to revenue, margin, and ROI. Website Management – Oversee and manage all company websites across USA, New Zealand and Australia. Lead & Collaborate – Develop capability within a small, high‑impact team, work cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance and foster a culture of AI‑driven innovation and experimentation to accelerate outcomes. Qualifications Experience in integrated multi‑channel marketing roles within consumer brands (FMCG, lifestyle, or premium goods). Proven performance marketing success running paid media, CRM, social, and influencer programs with measurable commercial outcomes. Strong analytical and commercial mindset — fluent in data, dashboards, and decision‑making. Experience balancing brand consistency with commercial delivery across multiple markets. Comfortable leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance performance marketing, automate workflows, and unlock insights at scale.
