The ideal candidate will also possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline, 10 + years of experience within Marketing, with several years of experience leading a team and developing strategy, ideally within the Retail or Entertainment sectors, Line management experience and the ability to use content management and marketing automation tools, being hands on when required, Prior experience in both brand and product management at a strategic level, The ability to?think strategically, build a communications plan and pull that all the way through to delivery, Effective written and oral communication and branding skills, The ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels and foster strong partnerships with internal and external partners, The capacity to take initiative, problem solve and make decisions to tight deadlines, A creative and innovative flair, with the ability to think outside the box.
