**Job Overview**:
The Director of Marketing and Admissions is responsible for leading the marketing and admissions efforts of the institution. This role involves developing strategies to enhance the school’s visibility and attract prospective students while maintaining a strong enrolment rate. The Director will oversee the admissions process, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the institution’s offerings meet the needs and interests of its target audience.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and admissions strategy that aligns with the institution’s mission and educational goals.
- ** Brand Management**: Oversee the development and maintenance of the institution’s brand, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials.
- **Admissions Management**:Lead the admissions team in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families.
- ** Market Research**:Conduct and analyze market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and demographic factors impacting enrollment. Adjust strategies accordingly to meet market demands.
- **Campaign Management**:Design and execute marketing campaigns using various channels, including digital marketing, print media, events, and public relations efforts. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage budgets for marketing and admissions departments, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing and admissions teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**- Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as operations and administration) and external partners to enhance the school’s profile and strengthen community relations.

**- Reporting**:Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing effectiveness, admissions trends, and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and admissions within an educational environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
