About the Role: We're seeking a Program Coordinator for a 1-year fixed-term position to manage the endorsed strategy of the Supply Chain Program Management Office.
This office is responsible for tracking the delivery of program plans and their benefits.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager ANZ, you will play a crucial, hands-on role in ensuring the successful planning and implementation of our transformation program.

What You Will Do: Develop program/project structures and schedules, including designing workstreams for each program phase.
Define resourcing requirements and assist in engaging and coordinating Essity team resources.
Refine program budget, resourcing, and pricing parameters, managing within the capex and cost tracking system (PI Program).
Develop an appropriate governance and reporting structure for the project team and stakeholders.
Ensure resourcing of the program and individual projects.
Develop detailed program delivery plans for execution by the project team.
Lead day-to-day expectations and engagement.
Coordinate project team resources to achieve program objectives, including quality, timeline, and budget.
Ensure program/projects are executed in accordance with Essity methodologies, using supporting tools and applications.
Prepare and support program governance steering committee meeting content.
Work with Essity experts to develop the best-informed solutions possible.
Ensure accurate project charges and timely lodgement and payment of invoices.
Lead project communication and reporting, producing high-quality reports on time.
Maintain positive working relationships across the business.
Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and adequate training to meet safety standards.
Who You Are: You bring 5 years of project management experience within the warehousing and transport industry, along with formal PMBOK certifications.
Formal qualifications in Science, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Business.
Experience in supply chain, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Competency in developing, implementing, and managing all H&S and legal compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, decisive, assertive, and self-managing skills.
Team-oriented with well-developed communication skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, and empower people.
Excellent issue resolution and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and act on opportunities while addressing threats.
Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
Ability to develop a customer-centric service ethic in others.
Self-motivating and able to work with a remote manager.
What We Can Offer You: 1-year fixed-term contract, with Competitive Base Salary: circa $130,000 (Depending on Experience).
