Tasks & responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a standout experience, friendly and memorable service at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef on a regular basis to keep Food and Beverage in line with our brandStrong organizational skills and time management.Ability to multitask and great communication skills.Positive attitudeAbility to work under pressure.Build effective relationships with the staff and lead by exampleWork closely with the owner / operator to achieve financial budgetsConducting monthly appraisals for all FOH staff Recruitment, training and development of the front teamWriting costed rosters that meet weekly budgetsBuilding rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and return clientele Benefits Excellent remuneration and KPI bonuses availableThe opportunity to have your say to help elevate the restaurant to the next levelStaff discountsWork with a team of like minded individuals who thrive off hospitality and take care in what they doWork / life balance - ability to have 3 rostered days off per week Skills and qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in a similar environmentExcellent communication and service skillsFamiliar with all aspects of Beverage including wine, cocktails and spiritsGood computer literacy skills
