The Role This role reports to the Group Commercial Manager and will get exposure to a wide range of financial and management accounting disciplines. Some of your key duties include: Departmental P&L's review as well as variance analysis and recommendations for improvementUndertake sales and margin analysis from our weekly KPI's.Business partner with operation team to improve process efficiency and increase profitability.Manage the costing systems across the company & identify opportunities for improvement.Assist with budget preparation as and when required.Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with NZ IFRSUndertake finance ad hoc projects as and when required.Skills & Experience CA/CPA3+ years of commercial experience in a complex businessExperience with D365 would be advantageous, as well as capability with Power BIExcellent communication skills and ability to converse with non-finance stakeholdersAn ability to think critically, ask why and focus on solutionsDown to earthNote: to be considered for this role, you MUST have full working rights in NZ.
