In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence and service innovation, ensuring high-quality care for the community we proudly support. What You’ll Bring You’ll have a genuine passion for primary health care and a solid background in managing teams, operations, and financials, ideally within the health sector. Your ability to navigate the evolving healthcare environment, including funding, enrolments, and reporting, will be essential. As a collaborative and supportive leader, you’ll inspire a positive team culture, champion quality improvement, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including our Green Cross Health Support Office. What You’ll Need Proven experience in general practice or healthcare leadership Excellent people and communication skills Strong operational and change management capabilities Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting experience Confidence working both independently and as part of a team A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a resilient and professional approach Knowledge of Medtech Evolution is a plus but not essential What We Offer In return, you’ll step into a role where your contribution is valued, and your growth supported.
