The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our dedicated team as Medical Centre Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key driver of operational excellence and service innovation, ensuring high-quality care for the community we proudly support.

What You'll Bring
You'll have a genuine passion for primary health care and a solid background in managing teams, operations, and financials, ideally within the health sector. Your ability to navigate the evolving healthcare environment, including funding, enrolments, and reporting, will be essential.

As a collaborative and supportive leader, you'll inspire a positive team culture, champion quality improvement, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including our Green Cross Health Support Office.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in general practice or healthcare leadership
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Strong operational and change management capabilities
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting experience
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a resilient and professional approach
  • Knowledge of Medtech Evolution is a plus but not essential
