About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide overall project ownership of Apollo's projects from early design to practical completion.  You will be the one driving the projects all the way through including full cost control management and site team leadership.  
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Proactively work with the client to understand their needs and business drivers
Engage and manage consultants to develop detailed design
Produce timely and accurate reporting
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, ensure compliance & best practice 
Actively manage project budgets
Contribute/Produce project programmes, including, master programme, construction programme and rolling programmes.

About You:
You will be a proven leader who will add value and continuously strive for the best.  Additionally, you will have the following attributes:

Comprehensive knowledge in commercial construction law & methodology
A high level of commercial acumen, including project financials, budget set up and project cost control
Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
High level competency in MS Project and Excel – Procore would be an advantage
Strong work ethic and a conscientious attitude
Practical New Zealand commercial construction experience
