About the Role

As a Senior Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping the business deliver their strategic goals by creating a premium experience for employees and visitors. You will manage the Workplace Experience, suppliers and services while acting as a tenant liaison. This role will also see you providing general organisational and administrative support to the Senior Leadership team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Facilities & Supplier Management
Oversee day-to-day management of office facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and fit for purpose. Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, renewals, and performance tracking. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain smooth operational delivery. Implement processes for office supplies and equipment procurement. Handle office health & safety compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for staff.
Event Coordination & Reporting

Organise internal and external events, from small team activities to larger company functions Manage financial and non-financial compliance reporting. Ensure effective contract management and record-keeping across multiple functions
Executive Support

Provide business support for CEO and CFO including expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and ad hoc support. Coordinate board papers, assist with PowerPoint presentations, and provide general MS Office support. Provide high-level support during board meetings and key stakeholder engagements. Skills & Experience

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and board members. Strong attention to detail and initiative in solving problems proactively. A good understanding of the MS Office Suite. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
