We have an exciting opportunity for an Underwriting Support to join our team.

What we are looking for: High levels of accuracy Reliability An ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly A team player Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications The ability to manage a number of tasks at any given time, in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Provide daily support & work directly with our team of Underwriters Provide end to end support for all related business processes (new business and existing business) Manage a multitude of email inboxes Be responsible for transactional processing About the Company: Our business focus and purpose is providing specialised insurance cover for those involved with the use and operation of Heavy Machinery in New Zealand.
We were the first to introduce the concept of an Underwriting Agency specifically for the insurance of Heavy Machinery in the New Zealand insurance market and our point of difference remains our superior products, claims and most importantly people.
